    • How do you tell when the cups have worn out?! I have gone through many pairs, but wonder if some are still useable?! Thanks.

      The heel cups should last at least a year maybe longer. If they start to wear or are not as effective is when it is time to replace them.

    • How do you wear these. Are inserted in the shoe or do you have to lift the insert in the shoe and put under that. Thank you
