    • Not sure what to order. sternal notch to chin is 3.5", neck is 13.5". I like the idea of the ProCare form fit but what is the difference from the Universal? And what size would I fall under for both? Very confusing chart!
    • Thank you for your question.
ProCare Form Fit Cervical Collar you would be a medium. A medium will fit circumference measurements from 13"-18" and is 3" in height. You could also get a small which fits 11"-16", again 3" in height. For measurements you would go by the neck circumference.
The ProCare Universal will be standard in length of 24", however the height of the collar will vary 2", 3" and 4". Size would be determined by the sternal notch to chin and will fit neck circumferences 10.5"-22"

    • For Proform Form Fit cervical collar, my neck is 14 inches and I think the sternum to chin (although not sure I'm measuring this right) is about 4.5 inches. Could you let me know what size I should order? Thank you.
    • Hello Patti,

      Here are your options;
      14inch's fits into a
      1. 3"height x 18 length"
      2. 4" height x20 length"

    • What size would you recommend my neck is 121/2". sternol to chin is 41/2"?
    • What type of Neck Brace are you looking for, a rigid brace that restricts mobility or a soft brace that provides support? Size fitting for Soft Neck Braces are based off of neck circumference. A 12 ½ neck circumference will be a size Small in a Soft Brace ( Form Fit Cervical Collar).

    • Hi, Your size chart is REALLY confusing....my sternal notch to chin is 3 1/2, circ. of my neck is 16, I have NO IDEA what that would be on your sizing chart. Do you?
    • Hello, Phaedra -

You can either order a small or a small/long. Because the circumference of your neck is 16", you fall in the parameters of both sizes (you are on the border of a small and fall in the cusp of a small/long). I would recommend going with the Small/Long (just to allow for extra length for comfort.

If you have further questions, please feel free to contact our product specialists at 888-405-3251.

Thank you and have a great day!

    • I need the 79-83016 but when I try to order, it only lets me choose the 79-83006 which is the firm density not the medium density that I need. Can I order the correct one from you??

    • Please call 1-800-553-6019 to place your order.

      Thank you

    • I'm confused by your size chart. My sternal notch to chin height is 3 1/2" and my neck circumference is 15 1/2". Can you please tell me what size collar would fit.
    • Hi Dave

The collar size that will fit you the best is the Universal 3".

    • My wife has an Aspen cervical collar that was applied in the hospital after surgery. Because of her small stature the Dr. had to obtain a collar from the children's.
It is labeled PD5. What size would that be in your chart?
    • That size would be the "Child Regular".
