TENS Economy Unit

I use the unit for pain every where. I found that using it for thirty minutes made me sorer but I now use it in 10 minute burst of each mode and have found it magic for lower back pain (old fart here), wrist pain an improvement, as with compressed discs in neck. best result is with back pain, I am a truck driver. I have no medical knowledge or qualification and would have preferred a little more detail on how long and how strong to use, in instructions
