No, it is always recommended to see a medical professional who will be able to suggest the best support required.
Do you offer express delivery?
All of our orders are shipped on express service.
What is the estimated time of arrival for your orders?
As long as the products are available in stock, deliveries will take between 3 to 4 days.
What is your cut-off time for a same-day dispatch?
At 3PM - Monday to Friday.
What is your freight fee?
Orders over the value of $300 (excluding GST) are free of handling fee.
All other orders are charged a flat fee of $10.00 + GST.
Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a physical shop for trials or collections.
Do you ship overseas?
We ship Australia-wide only.
